In the past history, folks have played many board games for most reasons, some such as camaraderie, competition and skill building, as well as family bonding. However, some games were played for gambling. These games allowed winners to not only win the bragging rights that they beat their friends along with other great players, but in addition allowed then to steer outside the board richer than once they came to it. Some of these games were changed to incorporate drinking, still a gambling game we were holding transformed into games that included taking booze. These games were designed with adult entertainment in your mind and they are generally great party favorites of the past. The military spouse is in no way, i believe, an authentic warrior. They must wear several hats and use up the reins of homemaker, provide child care, pet care, car washer, laundry and dishwashing machine, and many other duties. No matter if the spouse can be a man or woman, they're pulling double duty in your house. Most non military families don't have to undergo what these families do.(failing to take away anything from other families mind you.)
